Randomness and Procrastination

So you may have noticed that I've missed the past three blog posts for my English class, but oh well. I'm just too lazy to make up some lame excuse about why I've missed them; so I'll just tell the truth: I FORGOT. Plain and simple. I forgot to do the blog posts, so now my grade is down somewhere in the D's but oh well. Hey, everyone goofs up, right?
So anyway... What's there to talk about... You'd think I'd have learned my lesson the first time I forgot to do my blog post, but noooooo. I forgot about the second one; and then the third. Aren't I just the worst? =D Anyway, I was sleeping at like 11:50 on Friday night and finally remembered about the blog posts. I nearly jumped out of my bed, but I figured I probably wouldn't make it on time, so I just gave up and accepted the fact that I'm butchering my grade. You reap what you sow, and lately I've been too lazy to sow anything. Anyway, time for another one of my trademark rants about absolutely nothing.
What's up with kids and homework nowadays? Every time I take out my homework, I stare at it for a good five or six minutes and say to myself: "Eh... I'll do it later". I guess that's one of the reasons as to why I haven't done any of my blogs for the past few weeks. I always put it off till the last day and then completely forget about it until the day after it's due. It's funny how the teenage mind takes in information. You know the saying "In one ear and out the other"? Well, in my case, the information doesn't even reach my ears. Even if it does, I'd probably ignore it or forget about it two seconds after. My parents and teachers always tell me to pay attention in class, but it's just so boring! How can anyone pay attention to a teacher drone on and on about Reformation this and Renaissance that? It'd be like asking a starving lion to not eat the wounded gazelle lying right in front of it. Completely hopeless and a total waste of time. At this point I'm near the 400 word limit, and I've run out of things to say, so I may as well just end it here. I'll try to catch up with my blog posts by posting a couple hundred in one week next time.
